Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Well Watered Ministries is a volunteer led 501(c)3 nonprofit community outreach organization serving Clarendon County and surrounding communities. We were founded in July 2024 with the mission to share the love of Jesus with anyone facing hardships. Our goal is for our programs to provide support to anyone facing a hard time in our community not by simply being a crutch, but by providing support break general curses, encouragement for personal growth, and tools needed to live a happy and prosperous life.
Our office, The Well, is located at 107 Main Street Summerton.

Chairman of the Board of Directors
Katy Ardis
Katy is one of our founding members and she’s been serving in this role since the beginning (July 2024). She is married with 3 children . Katy has been in the medical field for 20 years and currently working as a nurse in “Heaven’s waiting room” aka hospice.
Katy has a real heart for people. Her compassion for others and love for Jesus are evident in her role as a vital part of our team.

Founder & Director
Eliana Jenkinson
Eliana is the wife of JJ Jenkinson and mother of three.
She founded Well Watered Ministries in 2024 after dealing with an ongoing health crisis of her middle child that lasted almost two years. During this time her church and community rallied behind her family to give them the support they needed to survive this storm. Eliana felt the Lord was calling her to do more in our community and help other who were also facing hardships in life. "Love Jesus, then love your neighbor... it's that simple!" is the motto that drives her leadership of Well Watered Ministries. Eliana has a background in nursing and business. In 2025, she left her career of 8 years in her family's restaurant so she could focus on growing this community outreach.
Eliana strives to share the love of Jesus with anyone who walks through our doors. We're grateful for her commitment to Well Watered and the people in our community.

Treasurer!
Mary Julia Cogdill.
Julia is another founding member and has been serving on our board since July 2024.
She loves praising Jesus and serving in her community! Her and her husband just celebrated their tenth anniversary and have two precious boys. Julia has been a labor and delivery nurse for almost twelve years and is very passionate about women’s / infant health. She also enjoys gardening and farming.
Julia’s love for children, women and the Lord and desire to serve her community make her an asset to our board as she pours that same love into Well Watered Ministries.

Vice Chairman of the Board
Joi Pressley
Joi is our newest member and we are thrilled to see the impact she'll have in our organization. Joi is a wife and mother of three. She has been a registered nurse for 18 years and currently serves as a Regional Team Lead for the midwest region of CSI Pharmacy. She is deeply committed to autism advocacy and research as well as strengthening her local community, focusing on building meaningful relationships and creating access to valuable resources that uplift individuals and families throughout her community. Joi volunteers as an administrator for Buy Nothing Clarendon, helping neighbors share resources and support one another, and also serves as a S.C. notary public.
